It looked like a cupcake match for the Blazers, but the Cavaliers gave Portland everything they could handle Monday night. Do not let the 123-110 finale fool you: The Cavs scared Blazer fans in the fourth quarter. Here are some basics of the game.
- A great first half … The Blazers hit 11 of 13 three-point shots in the first half, taking a 71-48 lead at half-time. Everything seemed to be going well for the Blazers, who scored the first 14 points of the game in five minutes.

- But the usual suspects took care of the business. Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum led the way, with the strong support of Jusuf Nurkic. The guards hit three key points to complete a 14-0 run in the fourth quarter late in the game to finally finish the Cavs.
- Back home not very happy for Rodney. Hood returned to the city that recently traded it to Portland and sparked a less than stellar reaction from the crowd. His results correspond to the reaction: 1-4 shots for 2 points. And now everyone is moving on.
