However, you will need a lot of additional storage space. Red Dead Online requires up to 123 GB of disk space. The game will work on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S thanks to backward compatibility, but you will need PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold to play it on Sony and Microsoft consoles.

While all Red Dead Online will be new for players putting on their spurs for the first time, there will be more to do for current players. Rockstar will expand the role of Bounty Hunter next week with more ranks, prestigious level gear, legendary bounties, and criminals to hunt down. This week you will receive double the EXP for Bounty Hunter missions.

Rockstar has already revealed that GTA Online will be available as a standalone game next year. It will be a free exclusive for PlayStation 5 owners for three months.
