FX unplugged the plug Redeemer, the drama series in preparation that would have brought together Real detective Writer Nic Pizzolatto with Season 1 star Matthew McConaughey, TVLine has confirmed.
According to THR, McConaughey abandoned the project (which was announced last January), prompting FX to abandon it altogether.
