Epic Games has released the full release notes for today's release of Fortnite 8.40. This update brings the epic and legendary variants of the rifle to Battle Royale.
Epic Games usually updates the game 's news feed to announce the arrival of a new item or a new weapon two days before the update.
This week, however, Epic waited until last night's Item Shop to include the new weapon that will come to play in the wire, the epic and legendary variants of the infantry rifle.
