Renée Zellweger and Ant Anstead had their first public date on Saturday, with the British car enthusiast taking the Oscar-winning actress as her plus-one at the Radford Motors gala at the Lyon Air Museum in California.
Anstead, part of a group helping to revive the Radford Motors brand, was on hand for the unveiling of the new Lotus Type 62-2 race car.
While the luxury wheels are supposed to be the focal point of the evening, it was Anstead and Zellweger who stole the show. Anstead, 42, shared several photos from the event on her Instagram Story in which the “Judy” star, 52, couldn’t contain her massive smile.
The couple posed for photos – which happen to be Anstead’s first Instagram photos with Zellweger – with friends and other gala attendees, which coincidentally included Tarek El Moussa and his fiancee, Heather Rae Young.
Anstead’s romance with Zellweger comes after he finalizes his divorce from Christina Haack, who was first married to El Moussa.
Rumors about the reality TV star and the Hollywood icon’s romance began to circulate in late June, just days after finalizing her divorce from Haack. The couple reportedly met while filming an episode of Anstead’s upcoming Discovery + series “Celebrity IOU Joyride”.
The couple’s first photos appeared about a week later.
Since July, the duo have packed their bags on the PDA for all to see. While shopping, the couple could be seen kissing and holding hands, and while strolling down the beach, the duo fully kissed in front of the paparazzi cameras.
The relationship between the star of “Jerry Maguire” and the British TV host appears to be serious, as she has already met her son Hudson.
