The Cowboys traded passer Everson Griffen and cornerback Daryl Worley and defensive tackle Dontari Poe this week. They are probably listening to offers from other players.

But one player they have no interest in negotiating is passer Aldon Smith.

NFL Media’s Mike Garafolo reports that the Seahawks are among the teams who called on the Cowboys expressing interest in acquiring Smith. Dallas refused to trade Smith, hoping instead to sign him for an extension.

The Cowboys signed Smith to a one-year contract in April worth up to $ 4 million.

Smith, 31, had not played a game since his suspension in 2015 due to legal and drug issues. Since then, he has 31 tackles and four sacks in his first seven games.
