ESPN reports Heat’s interest in PJ Tucker, as we’ve seen.

Tucker may be 35 but can bring some value to a team looking to take it to the next level. He’s always been a good 3-point shooter, and that might help the Heat as they are one of the worst 3-point shooter teams in terms of efficiency.
Tucker is 6-foot-5 but weighs 245 pounds, and he’s an effective defender. At times this season, the Heat have struggled on the defense as well.
Tucker mostly plays in power, which is perhaps the weakest position on the team, in depth.
Cousins is emerging from a torn Achilles, quad injury and torn ACL, which he has all suffered in recent years. He may not be the offensive force he was before the injury, but he’s still an effective rebounder.
The deadline for NBA trades is March 25.
