Report: Waka Flocka's Flame Involved in Studio Shooting

Three gunmen reportedly opened fire on a studio in the Atlanta area that Waka Flocka Flame recorded on April 4, according to Friday afternoon (April 12) tweets from Channel 2 Action News reporter Michael Seiden. Fortunately, the Flockaveli the rapper was not hurt.

According to statements by Seiden, he reportedly collected information from the police and witnesses, there were about a dozen people in the studio at the time of the shooting started. Police confirmed witness statements that there were three armed men, but they have still not been identified or apprehended.

When the police arrived at the studio, identified as Zac Recording in northwestern Atlanta, they were reportedly greeted by two equally armed occupants. The two occupants then revealed that their friend had been hit in the arm. It is not clear if Waka was the intended target.

Waka, who said that he had the intention of focus less on music and more on family last November, has not yet commented on the case.
