Pre-orders are open now, and a Deluxe Edition and a Collector’s Edition are up for grabs. There is also a “visual demonstration” called Young lady available today, but it’s exclusive to PS5. This will arrive on additional platforms in the spring, Capcom said.

Capcom has shown new gameplay footage for Town during today’s flow, including combat, an inventory system that recalls Resident Evil 4, and the introduction of The Duke, the game’s obese merchant. Town stars Resident Evil 7: Biohazard protagonist Ethan Winters as he hunts down his daughter in a Gothic castle filled with puzzles, murderous undead creatures, and bossy, finely-dressed Edwardian women who sometimes turn into swarms of insects.
Capcom also lifted the lid on Reverse, an online multiplayer game that pits classic Resident Evil characters against each other in five minutes for four to six players. Reverse will be free for anyone who owns Town.
