The release date of Legend of Zelda Link, Awakening, is in less than a week on Nintendo Switch.
The bad news, however, is that fans are waiting longer for the results of the reviews to be published.
According to a recent tweet from Metacritic, the embargo on the review does not lift until the day before the publication date of September 20th.
This means that fans will have to wait until September 19th for the reviews to be published.
Metacritic 's tweet suggests that the embargo will be lifted at 5 am Pacific Time, which will allow British fans to learn more about the match at 1 pm Paris time.
Since the remake has been going on for over 25 years, a few extra days should not make much difference.
Indeed, Legend of Zelda Link & # 39; s Awakening is a full remake of the 1993 Game Boy version.
It presents a new colorful artistic style, as well as a new way of dungeon construction.
Nintendo explains in more detail: "During your adventures, Link will acquire mystical objects called" Stones "which can be arranged according to custom arrangements to form chamber dungeons!
"Mix and match different rooms to your heart's content: place an entrance, add puzzles, keys, boss fights and everything in between.
"Once your chamber keep is finished, try to conquer it and reap the rewards it contains!"
Although this was compared to Mario Maker, the first impressions were not favorable to the room dungeon function.
"It sounds like a rudimentary and bare-bones version of what a Zelda manufacturer might look like, and the results are really bad," reads Kotaku's article.
Fortunately, room dungeons are optional and are not deemed to have a negative impact on the experience.
Fans wishing to pre-order The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening can get good deals by visiting the Nintendo website.
According to Nintendo, buying the game between August 20 and September 22 will earn customers double the number of Gold points.
Gold Points are worth £ 5 and can be redeemed for future purchases on eShop.
You can even pre-load Link's Awakening before its release date, which means you can switch to action as soon as it's launched.
