The producers of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills are said to be prepared to give the courts a more complete view of the behind-the-scenes statements made by Erika Jayne if the courts ask for it.

The former couple are currently involved in a lawsuit accusing them of embezzling funds intended for the families of the victims of a fatal Lion Air plane crash in 2018.

“The producers are aware that the court case will only escalate and are ready, if the courts so request, to aid the discovery process by releasing undisclosed and multimedia footage featuring the Girardi,” said the source.

“The producers have been told by their legal team that they may be forced to hand over any video or audio footage that might help the court get a clearer picture of the case,” they continued.

“This is because so much of the wealth she displayed at the start of the series is seen by many to come from the victims of the Lion Air crash.

The source also claimed that the producers were prepared to put aside their positive feelings for the reality TV star in order to help with the legal process.

“The producers are on Erika’s side because they have had a good working relationship with her so far, but they want to help the case and do the right thing,” the source added.

Despite the alleged affectionate feelings towards Jayne on the part of the production team, the feelings do not appear to be reciprocated by the singer and the actress.

The source added that she felt “betrayed” by the show’s producers and didn’t think they had backed her amid his ongoing legal battles.

Jayne’s co-star Lisa Rinna may have illustrated some of the reported tension between Jayne and the producers when she claimed the singer got into a “screaming brawl” with a producer while filming .

The screaming match is said to have taken place during a trip the RHOBH stars took to La Quinta, near Palm Springs.

“Dang it… I wish they had shown the screaming brawl between the producer and Erika last night on the show at La Quinta,” Rinna said in an Instagram Stories post on Thursday.

“Now that would have been epic television. Pity. Bravo Bravo f ****** Bravo .. ‘

The actress joked that she would probably be in trouble for it in…. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. ‘

Rinna’s statement may help clear up some confusion about a heated exchange Jayne had with costar Garcelle Beauvais during Wednesday’s episode.

Jayne accused Beauvais of ‘betraying’ her by revealing that Girardi still called her despite their ongoing divorce proceedings, but an insider claimed Sixth page that she was actually angry with the producers for making Beauvais bring up the subject with the cameras on.

“They cut and glued her in a way that made it look like she was upset, but she was actually pissed off that Garcelle was told what to say three times and she took a bite of the hook,” said The source. “They had three different conversations on the same subject.”

They added: “What they didn’t show is that Erika and Crystal [Kung Minkoff] had a private conversation where no camera was on, and the producers overheard it through their microphones. When they got in the car, the producers said they heard it and asked Crystal to ask. [Erika] to the camera. Bravo didn’t want to do the fourth wall. They pulled a quick one out.

However, a source described as “close to production” took issue with this characterization and called Jayne’s reaction to Beauvais “genuine”.

Late last month, Ronald Richards, an investigator in Girardi and Jayne’s bankruptcy lawsuit, told Us Weekly he planned to use footage of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills in court, although ‘It is not clear whether he was also referring to non-broadcast footage.

“There are a lot of inconsistent statements and confessions made by the unscripted actors that we put together for use in the courts,” he said.

Richards added that her team “was going to be discovered by people who worked for her” and that her former teammates and employees could be questioned.

“There is a lot that we are still trying to find out,” he told the publication. ‘We are going to drop her off [Jayne] at some point, but I want to get all the documents first. What is important right now is to follow the money.

In December 2020, a Chicago federal judge froze Girardi’s assets, claiming the famous Los Angeles-based lawyer had “embezzled at least $ 2 million” intended for the families of the victims of the Lion Air Flight 610 crash in 2018. in Indonesia.

In March, the Los Angeles Times reported that more than 100 lawsuits had been filed against Girari and that multiple complaints had been filed against him with the State Bar of California by disgruntled clients alleging financial wrongdoing.

His ex-wife was also ordered to turn over the financial records of his accountant, lawyer and landlord to facilitate the investigation into the embezzlement.

It was alleged that the split had allowed the couple to embezzle funds and that Jayne had received “tens of millions of dollars” from her husband’s company to fund her plans, UsWeekly reported in June.

Girardi’s lawyers claimed earlier this year that he had “problems” with “mental competence” and it was later revealed that he was diagnosed with dementia and late-onset Alzheimer’s disease.
