RHOBH’s Erika Jayne charged with criminal conduct after revealing husband’s relationship with Judge Bigelow

Erika Jayne could face legal ramifications for her recent post accusing her ex-husband Thomas girardi to have an affair with California Justice Tricia A. Bigelow.

A few days after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills A member of the cast shared and quickly deleted a series of text messages that were allegedly sent between her ex-husband and his alleged mistress, Erika is charged with criminal conduct and “harassment.”

According to a report shared by the Los Angeles Times on Dec. 22, Erika is under fire from criticism in California, where an appeals judge charged her with criminal conduct for sharing Tricia’s intimate texts and photos, as well as her phone number, on Instagram. Reality Blurb chose to scramble the phone number before posting the posts in our story.

“[Erika’s] malicious acts against justice were nothing less than criminal ”, Alan jackson, who represents Tricia, told The Times.

“We are examining our options to protect Judge Bigelow from further harassment,” he continued, adding that Tricia had been berated by nasty text messages and phone calls after her number was shared.

As RHOBH fans probably saw, Erika blew up Thomas and Tricia on Instagram this weekend, claiming her ex-husband paid for Tricia’s plastic surgery as well as her grocery bills. However, according to Tricia’s lawyer, the events that unfolded between Tricia and Thomas took place many years ago.

She has been “in a committed relationship with her husband for over four years,” he explained. “She was personal friends with Tom Girardi for many years before her marriage, and at one point that friendship turned into a romantic relationship. This relationship ended long before she met her husband.

“At no time did Judge Bigelow violate any canon of judicial ethics. Indeed, she is very proud of her decades of integrity, impartiality and independence on the bench, ”he added.

Earlier this week, in the midst of the cheating drama, OK! The magazine shared new details about Tricia’s career, revealing that the judge began her legal career when she served as California Assistant Attorney General from 1986 to 1995. From there, Tricia was appointed a judge for the 2nd District 8 Division of the California Court of Appeal in 2008 by the former governor Arnold schwarzenegger.

Tricia’s term is expected to end in 2031.
