WWE.com has released the following bio DX:
It's strange that the first words that WWE fans heard when D-Generation X came in were the "Are you ready?" Question.
In reality, Shawn Michaels and Triple H did not care if the world was ready for them or not. They came. In all their obscene, aggressive and uncomplicated glory, they came. Not with that? Well, they have two words for you.
This is the attitude behind DX since the time HBK and The Game publicly revealed their allegiance in the summer of 1997. The first members of the band called Kliq, the degenerate friends and their allies, Rick Rude, and the bodybuilder Chyna, have made life miserable. for figures of authority, opponents and censors of the network. Bret Hart, Mr. McMahon and the former Commissioner of WWE, Sgt. Slaughter were just some of the legends of the WWE who found themselves bruised and humiliated after their clashes with DX.
In the weeks leading up to Michael Stone's title match against Steve Stone at WrestleMania XIV, D-Generation X formed a partnership with big boxer Mike Tyson. When this relationship turned sour, Triple H blamed HBK and sought to add new recruits to his DX army. Enlisting the hostile duo of Billy Gunn and The Road Dogg with heavyweight X-Pac, The Game formed the most popular faction of "Attitude Era". Week after week, the new DX shocked the management and delighted the fans as they made fun of The Rock and its Nation of Domination and organized a total invasion of the WCW. The image of DX rolling down the street in a military tank towards a WCW Monday Nitro recording has become one of the iconic images of the most successful period of the WWE.
Eventually, D-Generation X broke down, but Triple H and Shawn Michaels finally reformed their alliance in 2006. Both Superstars matured and are now family members, but their sense of humor was still youthful. How else can you explain the dizzying joy of the duo when he defeated Mr. McMahon's headquarters or his trial before a jury of small people after Triple H's attack on Hornswoggle?
DX was not quite fun and fun. In their last race together, best friends beat impressive tandems like Jeri-Show, The Miz & John Morrison and Legacy to win the unified WWE Team Championship. This was the perfect way for HBK to end his career after his loss to The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXVI.
Although they all played different roles in sports entertainment, DX is known to have restored the group and raised hell in the way they can. It is this type of attitude that has enthralled them at the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019.
So are you ready?
