Rick Schroder, actor of "NYPD Blue", arrested for "alleged domestic violence" for the second time in a month

Former child star Rick Schroder was arrested Wednesday morning for suspicion of spousal abuse. This is the second time that the star of "Silver Spoons" has been arrested for a domestic violence incident last month.

Schroder, who first knew the fame of Ricky Stratton with "Silver Spoons" at the age of 12, was arrested around 1 am at his home in Topanga, California, according to the sheriff from Los Angeles County.

The authorities responded to the house and questioned Schroder, now 49, and an anonymous woman, the sheriff 's department indicating that there were signs of physical altercation.

Schroder has been booked and is being held on bail of $ 50,000. Official charges against Schroder have not been released.

He was also arrested on April 2 for an altercation with the same woman, according to the sheriff's department.

Schroder, then known as Ricky, went from "Silver Spoons" after his cancellation in 1987, mostly in TV movies and television series, such as "Lonesome Dove" and "Call of the Wild" ABC drama "NYPD Blue in 1998. Schroder replaced Jimmy Smits, Bobby Simone, who was killed in Season 6.

He then appeared in 59 episodes of "NYPD Blue".

Schroder has had a lot of problems since leaving "NYPD Blue" in 2001, including a role in "24" of season 6 and appearances in various television movies.
