Rick Schroder arrested for domestic violence, the second time in 30 days

Rick Schroder is in jail after a presumed morning assault for hitting his girlfriend … and this is the second time police officers have made him face domestic violence charges.

Police received a call at approximately 12:43 pm following a domestic incident at the home of the stars "NYPD Blue" and "Silver Spoons". When they arrived, they talked to him and his girlfriend – and shortly thereafter, Schroder was arrested for domestic violence … according to our repressive sources.

The fact that he was booked for a crime usually means that the victim had visible marks. We were told that Schroder's girlfriend had refused any medical treatment on the premises.

It turns out that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department made the same arrest 30 days ago. Our sources say that Schroder was arrested on April 2 … also for domestic violence.

We are told that MPs went to his home – again, a little after midnight – after he allegedly hit his girlfriend in the face while she was trying to leave their home.

Schroder was released after this arrest. He is currently in detention this morning and we are told his bail is currently $ 50,000.
