Rihanna is dating a longtime friend, rapper A $ AP Rocky, a source tells PEOPLE.

The news comes after the New York Post‘s Page Six reported that the couple – both 32 – were spotted having dinner with friends at the Beatrice Inn in New York City over the weekend.

The couple have sparked romance rumors since Rih split from three-year-old boyfriend billionaire Hassan Jameel in January. (Then, The sun reported that Rihanna and A $ AP Rocky were seeing each other, but a source said E! that she was still single.)
