Riot Games has revealed one of the latest skin lines to come League of Legends: Shan Hai.
The skin line, which incorporates many traditional Eastern themed elements, includes new skins for Cho’Gath, Jhin, Nautilus, and Neeko. Among these four champions, Cho’Gath stands out since the Shan Hai skin line will present its first new cosmetic in more than two years.
The Shan Hai skin line was announced today alongside another set of upcoming in-game skins called Ruined. In total, Riot has revealed seven new skins coming soon. League.
The new Shan Hai skins incorporate a “hot” theme, according to Riot. Many of the animations featured in today’s PBE preview include a touch of fire. Abilities like Jhin’s Deadly Flourish and Nautilus’ Riptide also erupt with an explosion of flames.
It’s unclear when these skins will hit the live servers, but judging by their themed elements, it may be fair to predict that they will be part of the Lunar Revel 2021 event. As of 2011, the in-game event Traditionally coincides with the Chinese New Year.
A new season of ranked play League starts January 8. Players can most likely expect more updates to these skins as the 2021 season progresses.
