Rockstar Games has released its own PC launcher in case you do not have too much of it on your computer. This time, however, those who download it will have one of the best games in the Grand Theft Auto series for free.
The new Rockstar Games Launcher PC is available for download for Windows Tuesday. The launcher installation will also add a digital copy of GTA: San Andreas to the library for free.
Users will need a Rockstar Games Social Club account to get started. The launcher supports several Rockstar games, including GTA V, Black LA, Bully, Max Payne 3 and GTA: Vice City. However, users will need to purchase these games through the program store. There is also an option to purchase GTA Online Shark Cash Cards, the currency used in the game for online multiplayer players.
Rockstar Games did not provide an end date for the free copy of GTA: San Andreas or when the launcher would arrive on Mac computers.
