Roger Stone publishes a photo of the judge next to the crosshair after the order

Just days after Federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson slapped Roger Stone, a longtime ally of President Trump attacked her on social media. She posted her photo on Instagram with a fundraising diatribe and a cross on her head.

"Thanks to the legal trickery, Deep State hitter Robert Mueller has ensured that my next lawsuit will be held before judge Amy Berman Jackson, a judge appointed by Obama who rejected Benghazi's charges again Hillary Clinton and incarcerated Paul Manafort before his conviction for any crime. #fixisin Help me fight for my life on @ StoneDefenseFund.com, "wrote Stone, raising funds with an attack on the special advocate to investigate electoral interference in Russia and a possible collusion with the Trump campaign.

Jackson Friday said: "The parties and witnesses must refrain from making statements to the media or in public places likely to cause material injury to the present case".

But it was not clear if Stone's explosion had crossed that line.

Twitter was mean about Stone's complaints.

"Amen and pass the ammunition! I can not believe that #RogerStone is so stupid that it has threatened a federal judge on Instagram because it thinks it will get a different judge this way! These people have to live in another universe, is not it? tweeted Laura Bergerol.

"I'm sure Roger Stone's lawyers will have a wonderful time at the bail hearing tomorrow," Grant Stern posted.

Stone's Instagram post was later removed.
