Roger Stone wants a full copy of the Mueller report for his criminal case, according to reported information.

Stone's lawyers, accused of lying to Congress and obstructing justice, are also seeking to have the charges against him dismissed.

"No other person, committee or entity has the reputation of Stone claiming the full report and not redacted," said Stone's lawyers.

As part of the press conference against the charges, Stone's lawyers also filed motions alleging that he had been subject to selective prosecution. They dispute the constitutionality of Mueller's appointment, according to Associated Press.

Stone's case already involves so much evidence that the lawyers must deal with the fact that Judge Amy Berman Jackson scheduled the start of the trial in November.

"We could stack the monument as high as the Washington Monument twice," Stone's lawyer Robert Buschel said in March.

Stone's lawsuit began in a controversial manner. Jackson imposed a gag order on the accused after he posted a picture of her on Instagram with a crosshair on his head.

Last month, Attorney General William Barr released a report summarizing the findings of the investigation into the Mueller case, which aimed to determine whether the Trump campaign had allowed Russia to intervene in the Presidential election of 2016. No collusion was found and Barr concluded that Trump also did not obstruct justice.
