For four days, jazz will keep the days and nights cool in the Semenic Mountains. The village of Gărâna, the favorite colony of international artists, will become the place of music and positive energy, as it has been for 22 years. People say that they meet at Gârna, alongside a great line-up that brings together the Grammy Award winners, an entire atmosphere of history, given by the landscape, gastronomy and the charm of the village of Banat.
There will be a total of 25 concerts supported by musicians from 16 countries, including Romania. In addition to the concerts, the public will be able to participate in the presentation of an experimental installation of the painter Gheorghe Fikl, at the performance of the play "Ferma", the independent theater group "Aualeu", at the National Fair of vinyl, and the launch of the book "Instant Stage" signed by Ioana Ţăut.
Tickets for the festival can be purchased online at www.garana-jazz.ro/bilete, but also on-site at the Poiana Lupului access point on Thursday, starting at 16:00, in three variants: a day ticket at the price of 85 lei; three-day subscription for 240 lei and subscription for the duration of the festival, priced at 300 lei.
