The Capital City Council will allocate an additional 10 million lei, through a budget rectification, for the completion of the Salvation Cathedral of the Nation, the total amount proposed by this approach for the churches of Bucharest being more of 63 million lei
The mayor will rectify the budget this year and allocate about 18 million lei for the construction, the fitting out or the repair of 166 churches in the capital.
Following this budget rectification, in total, in 2018, for the places of worship more than 63 million lei will be allocated, a project decision adopted Thursday by the General Council of the Municipality of Bucharest
The mayor also intends to allocate, by rectification, another ten million lei for the completion of the work at the Cathedral. Salvation Army of the Nation, the total amount this place of worship will receive this year is 25 million lei
