A screenplay written by famous film director Stanley Kubrick and novelist Calder Willingham, considered lost for 60 years, was rediscovered, writes independent.co.uk, quoted by Mediafax
titled "Burning Secret", and written In 1956, the screenplay is an adaptation of the homonymous novel written by the writer Stefan Zweig in 1913.
The screenplay is described as a story about "adultery and passion in a station where a man with a predatory behavior between a 10-year-old boyfriend, which he uses to seduce his married mother. "
In the Kubrick fan community, speculation was made about the existence of this scenario , but the document was only recently discovered by Nathan Abrams, film professor at Bangor University in the United Kingdom
The manuscript currently belongs to the son of a former Kubrick collaborator and is dated October 24 re 1956.
