Law 303/2003 on the protection of objectives, property, values and the protection of persons Article 3, paragraph 5, provides that "the protection of magistrates, police and gendarmes and members of their families in cases where the life, integrity or property of such persons is threatened is provided by the Ministry of the Interior, as the case may be.
