Constanta Regional Blood Transfusion Center and Mangalia City Organize Blood Donations Saturday, July 21, 2018, from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm

All Healthy People in Mangalia and neighboring communities wishing to help patients in need of transfusion therapy are expected

According to the Constanta Regional Blood Transfusion Center, can donate blood to people aged 18 to 65 (for the first donation from 18 to 60 years according to the medical evaluation) weighing more than 50 kg (depending on size, constitution), who have not suffered from viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, Malaria, HIV infection, epilepsy, insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, heart disease, etc.

Persons over 50 years of age are requested to bring a certificate from the family doctor stating that they do not present any heart disease, neurological disease or other medical condition. other chronic diseases that would contraindicate the donation of blood

3 days before the donation, the consumption of alcohol is prohibited!

On the day of donation, a light breakfast (sandwiches, fruit, dairy products) and a minimum of 500 ml of liquid are recommended.

Persons making a complete donation (450 ml of blood) receive on request:

-7 meal-meal vouchers

one free day, donation days, for employees, students , students and soldiers

– payment of public transportation costs on the day of donation between the place of residence / residence registered on the piece of identity and the place of donation
