The indifference and lack of respect for their own employees but also the incorrect and illegal way of dealing with the trade union has fueled the existing grievances and requires us to resort to all forms of protest and we announce the launch of the protest program with JAPANESE GREEN in all sports institutions and youth on 19.07.2018. Employees will wear white stripes on their arms to protest the wage situation in the areas of work and inability to resolve claims:
– 70% of wages are equaled to 1,300 lei net,
– employees in sports and youth are not differentiated according to their studies, duties, responsibilities, seniority or the complexity of their work,
– no salary is awarded – rank of seniority: employees with 1 year and 35 years are also paid, there are situations where the new employee has a higher salary than the one with a lot of money. seniority,
– work Saturdays and Sundays is not paid, holidays and overtime
– no 25% bonus is awarded for coaches with athletes on the national team,
– Effective January 1, 2018, coaches with National Team athletes reduced their earnings
– specific duties are not properly assigned (physician, assistant, kinetotherapist, psychologist, masseur, driver, receptionist, camera operator, teacher-trainer),
– there is no increase, although they have the right under the law, bonus settlement does not apply to MTS and subordinate units,
– there are problems in the salary and employment of employees of national sports federations whose revenues are capped at 1,100 lei
The National Union of Sport and Youth will put in place a plan of action to solve the problems facing this system abandoned by a political class that deals only with its own wages and special pensions. The Minister of Youth and Sports must engage in a real dialogue with the union representatives and the priorities – resolving the demands of the employees – must be urgently resolved, this being the last way to send a clear message to the Authorities: THE LIMIT OF SUPPORT WAS DEVELOPED! Otherwise, we will support the employees in all the actions they will decide spontaneously or organized through the territorial groups
