For a week, residents and visitors to Alexandria will participate in 17 theatrical performances (8 professionals + 9 young theaters) and the city center will be animated permanently by street performances and concerts of Fanfara Transilvania. This year, the most exciting Romanian and European films of the year will be screened at the Cinematheque Tarzie. Among them, One Step Following Seraphim (Directed by Daniel Sandu) and Several conversations about a very big girl (directed by Bogdan Th. Olteanu) young actors who participated in the years IDEO IDEIS
In addition to invited professional theatrical performances, all festival events are free of entry, subject to availability

Each group in the Young Theater Shows section has a mentor who offers participants not only applied feedback, but also advice in a broader cultural sense . The mentors of the 13th edition of are Dorina Chiriac, Marius Manole, Medea Marinescu, Ofelia Popii, Cătălin Ştefănescu, Andi Vasluianu, Vlad Zamfirescu, Pavel Bartos and for the first time at IDEO IDEIS Alexandru Papadopol [19659004] ART & PLAY is the community development section of IDEO IDEIS, specially created for residents of Alexandria. Every day at the festival, Alexandria children and parents can participate in personal development, counseling, film, philosophy and community theater workshops. Participation in the workshops is free, the available places are occupied in the order of registration.

IDEO IDEIS is a community theater festival and, at the same time, an event dedicated to the process of alternative education for young high school students in Romania. The structure of the festival is unique in the landscape of theater festivals in the country and has the role of of helping participants to improve their communication skills, build confidence in themselves and interact with the types of models relevant to their personal and professional development.
