"Justice reform must help fight corruption and the rule of law, not to hinder that goal," said British Ambassador to Romania Paul Brummell, who responded to journalists' questions about the amendments to the penal code

At the press conference he held on the occasion of his four-year term, Ambassador Paul Brummell spoke about collaboration between Romania and the United Kingdom.

"This is an important international aspect, we have a very important bilateral cooperation in the field of security and justice with Romania, for example, in the fight against trafficking in human beings, the traffic drug and other cross-border crimes, it is important that the reform helps these international collaborations and does not prevent them "
