Two days to submit the single declaration

Representatives of the National Agency of Tax Administration announce that there are only two days left for submission of the single declaration. This is because the deadline for submission of this declaration is 31 July. The submission can be made online via the application which can be viewed at https://declunica.anaf.ro/, with the user name and password of the Virtual Private Space account, through a qualified digital certificate or via the e-government .com portal. It should be noted that the single declaration can also be submitted in a standard format directly to the ANAF tax administration, or by mail, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. "So far, the single statement has filed more than 600,000 people, including 190,000 online, or 3.5 times more than last year." The single statement is completed and is filed by people who make, either individually or in a form of association, an income from Romania and / or abroad, and those who have income tax and compulsory social contributions. who do not earn income and who choose to pay health insurance contributions are also required to submit only one statement, "say ANAF employees. They pointed out that for the submission of the single declaration online before July 31, a 5% tax on income tax is granted for 2018 and paid in full until March 15, 2019. However premiums are also payable for social contributions. "Failure by individuals to comply with the Single Declaration will result in a fine of 50 lei to 500 lei," argues ANAF.
