The Museum of Art of the National Museum Complex "Moldova" Iasi organizes, at the Palace of Culture, from August 2 to September 2, 2018, the exhibition "ALB (white world, white moments, white time ) ", signed by the artist Doina Mihăilescu from Timisoara.

The exhibition of painting, graphic design and drawing of Doina Mihăilescu will give the public the opportunity to meet an artist in the country and abroad, with a wide and varied professional experience. Doina Mihăilescu, PhD at the West University of Timişoara – Faculty of Art, Restoration, but also expert in evaluation and restoration of wood painting, author of studies in visual arts, Doina Mihăilescu is working on various restoration projects, undertook many documentary stages abroad and organized several personal exhibitions (almost 40) in Romania, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Hungary, etc.
The approach of the artist offers the viewer a contemporary attempt to integrate into the tradition. "WHITE (white world, white moments, white weather)" reveals the beginning of a spiritual search that stems from his belief that humanity can not live outside of religion. The author puts his faith in the hands of a "tradition" in which he finds consistency, and manages to build a non-Byzantine expression of plastic expression, which ultimately seems to be of the greatest contemporaneity
The exhibition "ALB moment, white time" is a visual test of aesthetic, poetic and theological inquiry. Through connection with light, white has established deep roots in the human psyche, inspiring, like all things divine, spiritual cleansing. The time of the people, the time of history and the time of God meet in an erected time, which receives an unmistakable artistic face.
The exhibition will remain on site until September 2, 2018 and will be visited with the corresponding ticket Art Museum
