The Browns will have to play without safety Ronnie Harrison the rest of the way. He was ejected with 4:43 left in the first quarter as the going gets tough between the Chiefs and Browns.

After an 11-yard gain from Clyde Edwards-Helaire that ended with Mack Wilson and Harrison attacking the running back along the touchline, Chiefs assistant Greg Lewis pushed Harrison in an attempt to get Harrison out by Edwards-Helaire. Officials flagged Lewis and called a 15-yard penalty against the Chiefs.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid reacted angrily on the sidelines.

It appears the officials’ office in New York has been buzzing and officials have changed their original decision by imposing compensatory penalties and ejecting Harrison.

Hill, then the receivers coach, was jostled by Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill in a playoff game against the Browns last season. Hill later said it was a playful push for fun.
