A fight in the Rose Bowl parking lot after the football game between UCLA and the University of Oklahoma left one dead and another injured.
Police in Pasadena said the shooting took place around 11:20 pm, three hours after the end of the match. UCLA was beaten by Oklahoma 48-14 in the match. Officers responded to a report of a fight in the area of Arroyo Boulevard and Seco Street and found the two victims.
Kamryn Stone, 18, was transported to an unidentified local hospital, succumbing to her injuries. The other victim, an unidentified 51-year-old man, is in stable condition and is shot and wounded.
The police gave no reason, but said that the shooting was not random.
