Rosie O’Donnell supports Britney Spears.
As Spears, 39, continues to fight her father Jamie and his guardianship over her, a number of stars have spoken out in favor of the “Toxic” singer and her efforts to break free.
In a recent interview with “Extra,” O’Donnell expressed similar sentiments.
“I think she needs to be free from her father and all her little people who work in her world to take advantage of her daughter,” said the “Tarzan” actress.

She added, “She should get out of wardship if she can, and everyone in showbiz should be supporting her.”
Spears and his new lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, have regularly thanked his supporters during their collaboration.
O’Donnell has never been afraid to share his take on current events, especially on his daytime talk show, “The Rosie O’Donnell Show”. During her conversation with “Extra,” the actress also weighed in on Prince Harry’s upcoming memoirs, sharing that she planned to read them.
“I hope I get a copy of the office,” she said. “I’m one of those people that’s kind of on the fringes of ‘Is he really royal?'”

The question she asked refers to conspiracy theories that suggest Harry’s biological father may be James Hewitt, a friend of Princess Diana who had an affair with the royal. Hewitt put an end to such speculation.
“Is the polo player really his father?” She continued to ask. “And if that’s true, do they know – and is that why they treat him so differently? That’s my little conspiracy theory.… He might have done a ’23andMe’… . “

Finally, she opened up about the renewed romance between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, which has been in the headlines for months now, admitting that she believes the two stars will one day marry.

“I don’t really know them – in the celebrity vernacular, I know them,” O’Donnell continued. “I love Jen, I think she’s a great girl and I don’t really know Ben that much, but they seem to be pretty happy and knowing that they were going to have a lot of [expletive] about it, they did it anyway and there is something beautiful about it. “
