According to rumors, Scalebound would be resurrected by Nintendo and go to Nintendo Switch.
Originally, PlatinumGames' open global action title was an exclusive Xbox One, but Microsoft canceled the action in 2017. New rumors suggest that Nintendo has since taken over and is working with Platinum to get it back.
Nintendo-Insider originally reported this information, but it sits down with the murmur that VG247 has heard.
What this means for the application field is not clear. On Xbox One, it would be a vast open-world game with online components. At this point, it is not known if the development was continued after the cancellation or if the project was fully restarted to accommodate the new, less powerful hardware.
Game Informer editor Imran Khan recently suggested that Nintendo was reviving a game considered dead for a long time – we now know it's probably Scalebound.
