At least one person has died and up to six people have been injured in a shootout at a Bloomingdale, Illinois hotel.
Cops responded to a shooting call fired on the 5th floor of the Indian Lakes Resort at 2:35 a.m. Saturday morning, Fox 32 Chicago reported.
Some of the victims were at the scene while others were taken to hospital.
At least one person has died and up to six people have been injured in a shooting at a hotel in Bloomingdale, Ill.
It is believed that several people occupied one or two rooms. No one is being held and police believe the suspects may have fled the scene.
A SWAT team was also on the scene and secured the rooms, according to reports.
According to ABC 7, Bloomingdale’s Public Safety Director Frank Giammarese said the person who was killed was a man in his twenties.
