One of the oldest sagas in college football is reputable programs that pay student-athletes for their services.
When the best schools consistently win, others assume they are cheating to get to the top.
Rush Propst, a longtime high school football coach in Alabama and Georgia, believes that about Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide program.
In a leaked video on Twitter, Propst talks about Nick Saban having boosters in different parts of Alabama to pay recruits to come up to the tide. He says the University of Alabama has been doing this since the 1960s; however, during this period, Propst would be no more than 12 years old.
According to respectable sources, Your Really from Touchdown Alabama Magazine has learned that the Propst’s accusations are not true.
“He just makes his mouth run. His statement has no truth to rely on, ”sources said.
With that out of the way, Alabama is focusing on spring practice next Friday.
