It seems now that it's only a matter of time before Russell Westbrook reaches his Miami Heat uniform and Wednesday, the former MVP liked a picture on Instagram that showed it precisely.
A fan noticed the social media activity on the star goaltender and quickly took a screenshot to prove that an agreement could be reached soon.
According to reports earlier this week, Westbrook's ideal landing is currently in Miami. This would place him not only in one of the most important markets of the Eastern Conference, but would also put him in touch with his compatriot Jimmy Butler.
Both players are known to be two of the most competitive players in the NBA, and although the duo is unlikely to be the favorites of the Heat NBA finals, it would undoubtedly be a competitor.
The only weakness that both players seem to have is their inability to shoot at an elitist pace beyond the bow.
Fortunately, they would probably be surrounded by talented shooters in Miami, especially by the newly acquired elite shooter, Tyler Herro.
Now, all that remains to be done now is that a real trade passes. Until then, Heat fans will probably look in social media for any clue to a deal.
