SEATTLE – New Orleans Saints receiver Keith Kirkwood has been placed in the casualty pool, according to the NFL's list of transactions.

Kirkwood is injured at the hamstring when warming up the Saints game against the Los Angeles Rams, leaving the Saints with only three receivers active for the match.

Kirkwood, a sophomore, signed the time in eight games last season and started one. He caught 13 passes for 209 yards with two touchdowns in 2018.

Kirkwood was also injured during the pre-season.

He also played in the first game of the Saints season against the Houston Texans, but did not record any statistics.
