Fort Worth police released new information about Salem Sabatka, 8, who was kidnapped in Fort Worth around 6:30 pm. Saturday night.

Salem is described as white, with brown hair and blue eyes, with freckles under her eyes.
She is 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 56 pounds. She has pierced ears and was last seen wearing a teal shirt with the inscription "Centennial" in pink letters and green leggings in the shape of periwinkle.

Police describe the suspect as a "unknown black male with a bald head, no hair on the face [and] skinny, wearing a navy blue jacket and a gray shirt. "
The suspect was driving a dark gray 4 door sedan with lightly or slightly tinted alloy wheels and could have paper plates.

Police said that Salem's mother "is beaten fiercely" to get his daughter back, but the suspect pushed him out of the car and left with Salem.

An Amber regional alert was issued for Salem Sabatka, an 8-year-old girl reportedly abducted in Fort Worth on Saturday night, police said. She was last seen in the Block 2900 6th Avenue, Fort Worth.

Fort Worth police investigate abduction at 6:38 pm Saturday in block 2900 of 6th Avenue, the police said.
According to the police, a woman was walking with her 8-year-old child when a suspect in a car "he approached them and caught the child. "
