Sam Asghari removes ring photo, claims Instagram hacked

Oops, he did it… for the first time.

Britney Spears’ boyfriend Sam Asghari deleted a photo of a ring posted to his Instagram on Friday, claiming his account was hacked.

Various fan accounts and outlets screenshot the initial photo of the ring when it was posted online, seizing the fact that it was apparently engraved with the word “lioness,” Asghari’s nickname for his beloved.

But he pulled the photo, putting a message on his Instagram Story that simply read, “The account has been hacked and has been Photoshopped – calm everyone down,” according to TMZ.

It’s understandable that fans think Asghari, 27, was about to ask the question, given he was seen shopping at Cartier in Beverly Hills last week.

But the idea that he would post a photo of the ring before asking Spears, 39, for his hand seemed to go against Page Six’s reporting at the time.

“Britney and Sam aren’t engaged yet, but he’s been talking about the matter more and more lately,” an exclusive source told us last week. “Sam wants to spoil Britney with a very special, exaggerated and meaningful proposal when the time is right. He also dreams of being a dad someday, and Britney, of course, has always wanted to have more children, especially now that his family are getting older. .

Asghari was a central figure in Spears’ battle for guardianship both inside and outside the court. In addition to supporting her online and offline, he was featured in Spears’ internet testimony against guardianship in June, when Spears alleged that she was being kept on birth control against her will.

“I want to be able to get married and have a baby. I was told right now under guardianship that I can’t get married or have a baby, I have a [IUD] inside of myself so that I don’t get pregnant, ”Spears said in court.

She added, “All I want is to own my money and make this end and my boyfriend can drive me in his fucking car.”
