In response to customer demand to have more places where they can experiment and discover new products, Samsung has announced the upcoming opening of three retail stores in the United States the same day that the company is organizing its Galaxy Unpacked 2019 event.

This decision, Samsung explained in an announcement about the stores, also relies on related efforts, such as the organization by Samsung of instant display sites in the country, which allow users to test gadgets related to the virtual reality and others. The company has also opened its Samsung 837 immersive installation – described by the South Korean giant as a sort of playground for new technologies – in the Meatpacking District of New York City. Samsung Experience stores will open in The Americana at Brand shopping center in Los Angeles; Roosevelt Field Mail on Long Island in Garden City, New York; and The Galleria Mall in Houston.
