Samsung has been at the top of its game lately when it comes to software updates, and more recently this has taken the form of bringing One UI 3.0 to the Galaxy family. On the heels of the Note 20 series with a taste of Android 11, Samsung is now rolling out One UI 3.0 over the Notes of yesteryear – the Note10 and Note10 +.

Surprisingly, the update arrived a few days before the scheduled January 2021 release. It doesn’t happen often enough, so if you’re a Note10 owner, you can think of it as a Samsung end-of-year treat. The update is currently being released on Exynos variants in various countries in Europe. Global models of Note10 (SM-N970F) and Note10 + (SM-N975F) are currently receiving update to Android 11 (N97xFXXU6ETLL) in Germany.

We are also seeing the Note10 + 5G (model number SM-N976B) getting its update (N976BXXU6ETLL) in Switzerland and Germany. It includes the December 2020 security patch and several new changes specific to One UI.

It is not known when the version will be available in other countries. But given that the rollout has started in at least a few places earlier than expected, we’re hoping it will spread even more in early January.
