Samsung is working hard to bring One UI 3 into its line of smartphones and only recently pushed the update to the Galaxy S10 series. Unfortunately, it looks like the company has had serious issues with the Android 11-based firmware as it has since retired the version – its OTA servers are again pointing to the latest version of One UI 2.5. As SamMobile reports, owners are complaining about blurry photos and hot devices.

The Android 11 update started rolling out to the Galaxy S10e and S10 5G in Switzerland and, a little later, India, weighing in at around 1.8GB and accompanying the January security patch.

If you’re stuck on the buggy version of Android 11, you might have to wait a while until Samsung comes up with a fix. Once one is available, you can try using Samsung’s Smart Switch PC app to get the new firmware as quickly as possible. There’s no guarantee it will work, but if you’re impatient to get a working camera again and a fresher one, it’s worth a try.

Samsung has done a good job so far rolling out One UI 3.0 to their devices, and that’s the biggest issue with the Android 11 update we’ve heard about so far. Hopefully the company can come up with a timely fix and resume its One UI 3.0 rollout in due course – Samsung has beaten most of its competition so far, while also improving last year’s Android 10 timeline. .

We’ll keep this page updated when One UI 3 rolls out again, along with the classic S10 and S10 +.
