Samsung has finally confirmed the August 11 date for the Unpacked event and is now accepting entries from those interested in the upcoming Galaxy foldable flagships. Samsung US promises that if you sign up now, you’ll get Care + free for 12 months (worth up to $ 155), an “extra special offer” during the pre-order period, and up to an additional $ 100 in trade-in credit. .
Speaking of exchange credit, after filling out the form to reserve a place online, you will see that you can send two devices, not just one. And you’re not limited to old phones, you can swap in a phone, tablet, or smartwatch (two of each work too).
Normally you are allowed only one trade per purchase. There is a family exchange that allows you to buy up to four Galaxy S21 phones and send an old unit for each, but no more than what you ordered. This appears to be the first time that Samsung has offered such a two-for-one deal and so far it is only available on the US site.
