The interface of Samsung is so simple that it is almost foolproof: just slide from the home screen sideways to browse the pages showing your daily progress, start a workout, measure your stress, follow your sleep and display your notifications. On each page, you can drag up and down to see more. You can also press the left button to return to the home screen and hold it down to quickly start a workout.
The adjustment also automatically follows the moment you started moving and is supposed to be smart enough to recognize that you are on a treadmill or on an elliptical. In this way, you will not have trouble sliding into the watch with sweaty hands to start another workout – just jump from one machine and move on to the next, and the Fit is supposed to the knowledge. However, I have not tested this yet, so I can not guarantee its effectiveness.
What I can say is how colorful and responsive Samsung's Tizen-based interface is attractive, especially compared to the somewhat slow-moving Bitbit black-and-white operation system. . But I must say that I prefer the bigger screen of the old models Fits and Galaxy Watch Active.
