San Antonio doesn’t see snow very often, so when it should, city officials and business owners want to make sure residents are safe. As a result, closures are being announced in anticipation of the wild weather this weekend.

Here’s what will be closed so far.

Updated Friday February 12, 7:36 PM:

COVID-19 test: Community Labs has suspended COVID-19 testing at Cuellar and Ramirez community centers for Saturday February 13 and Monday February. 15. The Barshop Jewish Community Center and Rackspace Technology sites will be closed on Monday February 15th. The site will resume its regular hours on Tuesday, February 16.

Alamodome:
The city of San Antonio said it has decided to move all scheduled COVID-19 vaccine appointments from Monday, February 15 to Friday, February 19. Patients will have the same appointment times.

WellMed vaccination clinics:
WellMed said on social media that they will be closed on Monday February 15 due to bad weather. People who were scheduled to receive a second dose will be contacted and their appointment will be rescheduled, WellMed said.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas: The theme park has announced that it will be closed this weekend until Monday February 15 due to bad weather.
