San Francisco Giants CEO Larry Baer was captured on video Friday, hitting his wife in a chair while arguing over a cell phone.
A short video published by TMZ Sports shows Baer, 61, in a public park above his wife Pam, who is sitting.
We then see him grabbing the mobile phone by hand.

She and the chair are overturned and we hear her scream, "Oh my God, help me!" As a fight for the results of the device.
A second clip plays, showing Baer getting away from the area.
According to the TMZ report, the physical altercation took place in a public park around noon. Witnesses testified that it began with a heated verbal argument that escalated when Baer picked up the phone.
In an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle, Baer said he and his wife were arguing about a family affair.
"My wife and I had an unfortunate public dispute related to a family member. She had an injured foot and she fell from her chair during the argument, "reads his statement. The problem is solved. It was an argument on a cell phone. Obviously, it's embarrassing. "
His wife told TMZ: "We were arguing about a family member and that's it.

A spokesman for the San Francisco Police Department told Fox News that he was investigating. A call to the organization of the giants was not immediately returned.
