Sandman Netflix series posters reveal first look at infinity

At yesterday’s TUDUM event, Netflix revealed the first footage of its DC Comics adaptation ‘ The sand man. The images showed the iconic scene that begins the story. Occultist Roderick Burgess (Charles Dance) attempts to capture death. Instead, he grabs Dream (Tom Sturridge). Netflix then released the series’ first character posters. They feature three Endless: Dream, Death (Kirby Howell-Baptiste) and Desire (Mason Alexander Park). Netflix also released posters depicting the Seals of these Endless, each depicting a brother, including the Dream Bar, Death Ankh, and Desire Glass Heart. You can see them below.

Netflix describes The sand man as “A rich blend of modern myth and dark fantasy in which contemporary fiction, historical drama and legend are perfectly interwoven.” The sand man “follows the people and places affected by Morpheus, the King of Dreams, as he mends the cosmic – and human – mistakes he made during his vast existence.” Allan Heinberg developed the series and is a producer executive. The sand man co-creator Neil Gaiman and David S. Goyer are also executive producers.
