Sandra Bullock has sold her Tybee Island vacation home and guesthouse for a total of $ 4.175 million.
Bullock, the star of movies like “Speed,” “Gravity” and “Bird Box,” which has been ranked twice as the world’s highest-paid actress, purchased the properties in 2001 and 2002, according to the records of the property.
