The New York Giants and Cincinnati Bengals will face off at Paul Brown Stadium in the third week of preseason Thursday night, and at least nine players should sit down.

Saquon Barkley (coach's decision), receivers Golden Tate (concussion) and Sterling Shepard (thumb), half-defenders Sam Beal (hamstring), Deandre Baker (knee) and Antonio Hamilton (groin) linebacker Alec Ogletree (Calf) and offensive linemen Chad Wheeler (back) and George Asafo-Adjei (concussion).

Evan Engram and wide receiver Darius Slayton (hamstrings), absent from this list, are expected to make their pre-season debut.

Although head coach Pat Shurmur did not say how long his starters would play, they are likely to stay in the game for at least a quarter and maybe even the third.
